Jambhala, the supreme Buddhist deity of good fortune, abundance, and good results.
In his left hand, the mongoose spits jewels, symbolizing the deity's continuous giving of abundance. The mongoose and jewels also symbolize the transformation of evil forces into good, highlighting his ability to relieve pain. The fruit held in his right hand, and the conch and vase under his feet also symbolize this good fortune and abundance.
